Qrew (pronounced crew) is an enterprise grade social coaching software platform that drives employee productivity. Companies use our platform to provide low-cost, continuous, peer-coaching for all employees. For the first time, every employee can receive the support necessary to reach their development goals. How it works. Employee development managers activate a custom Qrew network and activate personalized accounts for employees. Employee action plans from training programs and performance reviews are uploaded to Qrew and shared with peers and managers. Social game mechanics drive ongoing coaching loops where employees share progress updates, receive feedback from peers & managers, and report completion of action plans. |

Qrew was founded out of Stanford University by Lloyd Nimetz and is run by an energetic team of entrepreneurs who came together after all starting software companies on our own. We have deep experience in cloud computing, social software, and social enterprise. We are passionate about our work and believe that enterprise social software, coupled with great vision and leadership, will transform the market economy over the next decade.
